Coaching & Counseling

Balance your life off stage – and shine on stage

You are an artist, and it’s your calling to be on stage, captivating your audience. However, the challenges of everyday life often hold you back from realizing your potential fully. This is where coaching & counseling can make a difference.

The pressure in the arts and performance world is immense – not only during performances but also in daily life. Finding balance between creativity, self-management, and the demands of everyday life behind the scenes can be challenging. Whether it’s stress, time management, finding balance between arts and private life, or dealing with uncertainties – I am here for you.

My approach: Balance your life off stage, so you can shine on stage.

You are unique – and so is our work together because I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Therefore, I offer you a space where you can truly be yourself, away from the spotlight, to work on the issues that matter most to you. Everything we discuss is covered by legal confidentiality.

Identify your values and goals, and focus on what truly matters to you. I will support you in finding the key to your inner landscape and guide you professionally to explore all that is within you. Take action for a life you can design with more ease, so you can thrive both professionally and personally.

Examples of areas of focus:

My main focus is working with my clients on personal and organizational/administrative topics. If you’d like to work on other areas, feel free to reach out to me.

My Working Method and Philosophy:

I work…

…solution-oriented: focusing on solutions rather than problems.
…resource-oriented: highlighting your strengths and abilities.
…client-centered: you set the direction, and I accompany you.
…systemically: examining your role within the overall system.

Additionally, I use bodywork and embodiment as complementary approaches to make the process holistic.

My work is based on the principles of client-centered therapy according to Carl Rogers. To ensure a positive counseling process, I always meet you with:

unconditional positive regard,
empathy,
honesty, and
sincerity.

Naturally, all counseling content is treated confidentially. To continuously ensure the quality of my work, I regularly participate in training and supervision.
