For me, yoga is a journey back to the body, to connect more consciously and mindfully with oneself and the environment. In my classes, I blend elements from Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, complemented by influences from Yin Yoga, Embodiment, and Yoga Nidra – perfectly tailored to what you need in the moment.
