The practice focuses on creating direct access to your inner world through the body.<\/p><p><b>NLM<\/b> helps you to explore your inner world and to calm your nervous system. The method is particularly effective in gently releasing tension and blockages. Through conscious, free movement, you connect with your body and emotions\u2014without pressure, without instructions. Every person is unique, and this method respects that. The minimal guidance allows you to have your own individual experience.<\/p><p>The <strong>Non-Linear Movement Method\u00ae<\/strong> was developed over decades by <strong>Michaela Boehm<\/strong>. Michaela is internationally known for her work with top performers, from Oscar and Grammy winners to successful businesspeople.
